We need volunteers to carry out a variety of duties ranging from chaperoning on field trips to tutoring and mentoring children or assisting with fundraising efforts. When you contribute your time at a HAA, you're sending the message that you consider education a worthy cause for At Risk kids, according to KidsHealth.org, an online resource for parents and educators. It's never too late to get involved in volunteering to support education; taking the steps to assist at HAA doesn't have to be overwhelming and time consuming.
